Merville House incorporates 4 office spaces within the venue which are used as permanent headquarters to several local businesses.

 Currently these are occupied by The Northern Health and Social Care Trust and Making Music Work.

The Executive Suite of Offices occupy the purpose built space at the back of the house whilst the Donegall Suite is a self  contained unit at the front of the house in the original manor.
