The ethos of Merville House is to serve the community as well as the corporate sector and we are pleased to be regarded as one of the finest community venues in Northern Ireland.

We have a number of resident groups within the house which include weekly meetings of Ju-Jitsu, Yoga, Bridge, Photographic Club to name but a few.

In addition to this we offer classes booked on an ad-hoc basis and offer good facilities at a reasonable, discounted rate to community and not for profit groups.

We also run an annual programme of community events which in the past have included an evening with the Ulster Scots Orchestra, a Christmas Craft Fair, now in its third year, and a children’s Fancy Dress Party at Halloween.

Merville House are also supporters of charity and charitable groups and are pleased to offer similar discounted rates to these organisations for their events.

We encourage all residents of Merville and the surrounding areas to attend these great spirited events and of course we are delighted to hear from anyone who is interested in providing a course for the community at our venue.
